When applying for the buyer-side brokerage service, you will be asked to supply details regarding your interest in the domain and your investment limit. Your application will be reviewed by McKenzie’s brokers and may be approved if there is a high probability of success. An application with a low probability of success will be declined, however you will not be charged for the brokerage service.

Requests with a low probability of success will be declined; in this case the retention fee will not be assessed. Your broker will begin efforts to establish contact with the owner, keeping your identity anonymous. During negotiations, updates will be provided as progress is made. You will be contacted for further consultation, should the broker determine a higher investment limit is necessary to secure the domain. The Buyer will be required to submit payment for the domain plus the 20% brokerage fee.
