When applying for the Seller-side brokerage service, you will be asked to supply details regarding the domains you wish to sell and your price expectations. Your application will be reviewed by McKenzie Marketing’s brokers and may be approved if you have submitted quality, generic domains with high marketability. This decision will be made within five (5) business days.

 

IIf your broker successfully negotiates a sales agreement, we will facilitate the domain transfer(s) process to ensure a secure, quick and transparent change of ownership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Owner must review and agree to exclusive brokerage terms and submit any previous correspondence and proposals to McKenzie Marketing.
• Your domain is a generic term, product related or descriptive with fewer than three words. Misspellings and typos are not accepted.
• Domain should receive at least 2,500 unique visitors per month. Owner must submit three months of traffic logs and revenue statements.

 

Application	Market	Negotiate	Transfer
Fill out the brokerage application form, so that we can best determine if we can help. We will carefully review your application and respond to your request within (5) business days. Approved applicants are required to review and agree to an exclusive brokerage term. The domain(s) will be marketed through multiple channels to maximize exposure and bids. Apply Now Your dedicated broker will manage all offers and negotiate on your behalf. If appropriate, an online auction will be arranged by your broker. Apply Now Once a sales agreement is agreed upon, McKenzie Marketing will then move towards providing a quick and secure change of ownership. The Buyer will be required to submit payment for the domain to McKenzie’s escrow account.
